The folding Ukulele was designed by origami expert Brian Chan and is produced by Ponoko, either as a kit or a completed instrument in laser cut Bamboo. There are two different models and two different finishes, (blond and amber), but both are on the Soprano scale and I presume have a lot of patents protecting the idea.
