Damien Leturcq Soprano Ukulele
Damien Leturcq Concert
In being on the look out for nice Ukuleles I see the work of a number of full and part time luthiers. The instruments they make look very nice and worthy of note.

Damien Leturcq

Based in Lille, France he did his apprenticeship with a Violin maker before opening his own workshop in 2009. He makes mainly folk and selmer style Guitars but has made some Mandolins and Concert Ukuleles too.

Dave (DJ) Morgan

From Sedgley, England he has become a full time luthier in 2014 after retiring from 35 years as a cabinet maker running his own joinery business. He specialises in, and makes all scales of Ukulele including minis and the extra string options. He builds largely in batches on spec.

Ernie Rissmann

Based in Münster, Germany he started his own workshop in 1994 after studying luthiery under Hartmut Hegewald in Bönen. He makes mainly acoustic Guitars but his stock catalogue include a steel strung Tenor Ukulele and a roundbody Soprano along with standard figure 8 models and Mandolins.
