Robin Gleason - Island Traditions
If Island Traditions were being followed this should be Gleason & Son not two separate brands however-
Also from Keaʻau, Hawaii, (and Bob's son). Though he learned a lot from his father he also studied Guitar building in Canada before starting up his own brand in 2001 He too makes Guitars as well as Ukuleles and his Ukulele range does extend to Baritones
At the age of 20 or so he started working for Ko'olua and learned the art of lutheiry and in 2011 he left and started Wiemer Guitars, based in Wahiawa, Oahu. He makes mainly Guitars but does make some other chordophones including Tenor, (I've never seen another size?), Ukuleles too. He is a member of the American Guild of Luthiers
